Easter time is comin' !

This post is brought to you in part, by the letter S. Thank you for your HTML expertise!

Ou ~ I'm so excited! My brother, his bride, my niece and nephew & puppy nephew Rosie, AND my cousin 'T' are coming tomorrow for Easter! Woo hooooo! I'm very excited - it's going to be complete chaos here.

SIL and I are going to sneak away Saturday and hit Tangled Skeins for a little YF (Yarn Fix) - in case I just made that up... but you can totally use it - Anyhooo exciting news in knitting. Have finished a couple of things. One being the pattern of the ever so lovely and gracious Dancing Queen (you may not have known that about her).

Because it's Spring I dedicated this pattern to Brown Sheep's Cotton Fleece in the color Provincial Rose.

Moe is right - this is a gorgeous stitch pattern. However, I'm going to have to say, I think I'm a little old for it and believe it would serve far better as an Easter gift for my niece. She's very hip and this is a great color for her. These shots are more true to color:

I also finished a neck warmer from Hello Yarn. I knit this a long time ago and thought it was cute. I didn't have enough Rowan Soft Lux to make a full blown scarf - so this worked.

In action. Well, indoors. It's too rainy outside right now:

One more thing - I forgot that right after Christmas I got another tattoo. It's a Lotus on the ball of my shoulder. It's very pretty. Mr. Tattoo Artist asked what I was going to add to it to make a sleeve. Somehow I think I'm more likely to be wearing knit sleeves than ink sleeves...
